07 GOOD TO KNOW

Before you begin.

Can I inquire before choosing specs, quantity or timing?

Yes. Start with use and destination. We review variety, origin, harvest year, white or brown rice and pack weight with suppliers. Pricing follows confirmation of the specifications, quantity and destination.

When do I pay and when is stock secured?

We confirm products, quantity, import requirements and delivery scope, then agree the product amount, freight and total payable to JFL. We issue the invoice, you pay in advance, and JFL confirms receipt before securing and procuring the goods and arranging shipment. Stock allocation and shipment are not promised before receipt of payment.

Can you supply every destination?

Supply and shipping terms follow checks of rice specifications, destination and local importer arrangements. Hong Kong and Singapore also have rice-specific import controls to check. For Dubai, Thailand, France and other destinations, required permissions, labeling, documents and carrier acceptance are checked individually. Shipping to every destination is not guaranteed.

How are freight and local costs confirmed?

For your quantity and destination, we set out the product amount, freight, total payable to JFL and delivery scope. Any separate local costs and who pays them are also agreed before ordering. We do not offer a uniform delivered price before these checks.

Can I discuss samples or recurring supply?

Sample availability and costs are confirmed before an offer. For recurring supply, share monthly demand and desired specifications. The ability to supply the same variety, quality and price is checked each time. Free samples and unconditional ongoing supply are not promised.

Does completing this form send my inquiry?

No. The draft is prepared on your device. JFL receives nothing until you actually send the email from your mail app. If the app does not open, copy the message and send it to contact@japanfuturelab.com.
