01 A SELECTION WITH A PURPOSE
Tell us how you cook and serve rice, and how much you need. We’ll review candidate products with suppliers for your use. You don’t need to have chosen a product yet.

01
Review confirmed product information about texture, stickiness and suitability for your sushi rice preparation.

02
Check shaping characteristics and texture after cooling for each candidate product and your serving method.

03
Review confirmed cooking and holding characteristics against your kitchen equipment and daily use.

04
Review pack weight, outer packaging, labels and storage conditions for your shelves and local labeling requirements.
Photos illustrate possible uses, not evidence of variety, origin, quality or stock. Suitability is checked for each product. Sample availability and any costs must also be confirmed before an offer.
02 RICE SPECIFICATIONS
We review candidate rice with the supplier, then provide verified specifications, packaging and supply conditions. Serving photos do not identify the product or grade; packs, labels and product documents are used for confirmation.
Candidate specifications and supply status are confirmed after your inquiry.
Discuss the specifications you need ↓03 A FULL TRADE QUOTATION
Confirm the product amount, freight and total payable to JFL for your quantity and destination. Delivery scope and any separate local costs, including who pays them, are agreed before ordering.
Quantity or timing may be undecided at first. Pricing follows confirmation of the product specifications, quantity and destination. For recurring procurement, we review monthly demand and desired specifications and recheck supply terms each time.
Supply and shipping terms are set after reviewing the rice specifications, destination and local importer arrangements. Required permissions, labeling and documents are checked for each destination.

04 FROM INQUIRY TO SHIPMENT
Once the product amount, freight and total payable to JFL are agreed, we issue an invoice. Payment is made in advance. JFL confirms receipt before securing and procuring the goods and arranging shipment.
Confirm products, quantity, import requirements, shipping feasibility and delivery scope.
Agree the product amount, freight and total payable to JFL. Confirm any separate local costs and who pays them.
We issue the invoice based on the agreed products, quantities, amounts and terms.
Make the advance payment in accordance with the invoice.
JFL confirms that funds have been received. Initiating a transfer does not confirm receipt or secure stock.
Only after JFL confirms receipt of payment do we secure and procure the goods and arrange shipment.
We do not promise stock allocation, procurement or shipment before payment is received and confirmed. Expected dispatch and arrangements if supply is unavailable are agreed before ordering. An inquiry does not place an order or reserve stock.
05 YOUR JFL TRADE CONTACT
JAPAN FUTURE LAB is your trade and export coordination contact, not the rice producer or manufacturer. We confirm product information and trading terms with suppliers for international buyers.
